LOOP
The product is a loop
It starts when two numbers disagree. Reports fall out along the way.
ARCHITECTURE
Split by role, not domain
Lens, brain, guard, ledger. Four roles, no domain modules.
VOICE
Two voices, one auth
Leo never lives outside my auth, so the site hears VM and I hear Leo.

Three things at once
The repo went live before BLU stood. Virtual Mike picks up the load.

The copy is not truth

Most systems operate off a copy. BLU asks the source again.

HEAR ITIN MIKE’S VOICE0:00 / 1:15

CRMs and CDPs copy the business into another system, and eventually everybody operates off the copy. When the source changes, you get multiple versions of reality and a quarterly argument about which one is right. BLU resolves status from the systems where the truth actually lives.

I did not want another version of reality.

PULL NOT STORE

Resolve, do not freeze

BLU pulls on read and stores almost nothing. The only stored numbers are scalar time-series for trendlines. Useful analytical data lands in BigQuery so resolution is quick. Who is churned right now is a question, not a list.

BETTER EVIDENCE

The answer improves without a fix

When a shipment arrives late or an identity resolves differently, no old report needs correcting. The next time the question gets asked, the answer is different. It works backward too. I can look at any prior day using everything we know now.

MEMORY

History is not status

BLU remembers what we believed, what we decided, what we did and what happened afterward. That history matters enormously. But memory and current truth are not the same thing. Reality is the source of status.
