Terms of Use
LAST UPDATED SEP 10 2026
What you are using
michaelpelland.com, operated by Michael Pelland, LLC, is a free public workspace: Mike’s records, the relationships between them, and Virtual Mike — an AI that answers questions from those records in his voice. Using the site means you accept these terms.
Virtual Mike is an AI
Its answers are generated from Mike’s written records. They reflect what Mike has recorded — including thinking he has since revised or killed, which stays published on purpose — and like any AI it can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Answers are not professional, financial, or legal advice, and no answer creates any engagement or obligation. When it matters, ask the real one.
Fair use of the ask
Questions are rate-limited per visitor and site-wide, and automated traffic is refused. Do not script against the ask, attempt to extract other visitors’ data (there is essentially none to extract), or probe the limits for sport. Accounts that abuse the site can be revoked without notice.
The content
The records, the board, and Virtual Mike’s answers are the work of Michael Pelland, LLC. Read them, quote them with attribution, link anything — every record has a permanent URL for exactly that. Do not scrape the site wholesale or republish its content as your own.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michael Pelland, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or reliance on anything it says — see the section about Virtual Mike being an AI.
Changes
These terms may change; the date above is the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it. Questions: mike@michaelpelland.com.
