Notice, derive, attack, enrich, recommend, act, measure, notice. The entry point is friction, not a query. Reports are artifacts the loop drops on its way past, not the thing being built.

I kept shipping the artifact and calling it the product.

Friction, not a query

The loop starts when two numbers disagree. It does not wait for someone to ask a question. A report is what falls out as it passes, not what it was for.

POSTURE

Recommend, then act with permission

BLU proposes and explains. A human approves, edits or rejects anything high-impact. Metered or irreversible actions carry a cost estimate and a confirm step.

AUDIT TRAIL

The trail is the product

Who told the machine what, and why BLU thought so, is treated as the product rather than as logging. The loop is promoted into the UI only after it has been run end to end on several different questions. The pattern is proven by the second question, not the first. Agentic is commercially double-edged: one bad autonomous send costs more trust than ten good ones earn.
