The reflex is worth virtualizing. The knowledge is not.
Virtual Mike predates everything else here. The premise is not an assistant wearing my name, it is the way I think about a business, running when I am not in the room. The part that turned out to matter is not what I know.
I assumed the value was what I'd learned. It was the doubt.

Virtual Mike is the premise stated plainly. Me, virtualized. Not a helper with my name attached, but the way I actually think about a business, working when I am not in the room.
THE REFLEX
What survived
I expected the thing worth copying to be knowledge. It was not. It is the reflex that looks at a clean number and says that is wrong, check it again. Knowledge goes stale. The reflex does not.
