Terms of Service MichaelPelland, LLC.

1. Services Michael Pelland, LLC ("Big Mike's Place") provides revenue analysis, operator consulting, and system architecture services. All engagements begin only upon written confirmation from Mike following order review.

2. Order Review All orders are subject to review within 2 business days of purchase. Michael Pelland, LLC reserves the right to decline any order for any reason. If declined, a full refund is issued immediately.

3. Payment All fees are charged via Stripe. Recurring subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your start date. Onboarding fees are non-refundable once an engagement has been confirmed and begun.

4. Cancellation Operator Lite subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Operator engagements require a 6-month minimum commitment and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice after the minimum term.

5. Refunds Refunds are issued only for declined orders or at the sole discretion of Michael Pelland, LLC. No refunds are issued for partial months of service after an engagement has begun.

6. Confidentiality All client information shared with Michael Pelland, LLC is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability Michael Pelland, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any service or system delivered. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 30 days.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
